Whale Watcher is a newer 7 bedroom 4 bath oceanfront home.  Located in the Southwest area of Lincoln City.  Close to Tanger Outlet Mall, Grocery stores and Restaurants.  This is the perfect place for that Family Reunion or Group Retreat.  The home was built with families and large groups in mind featuring 2 Master bedrooms on the 3rd floor, each with a gas fireplace, queen bed, TV and private balcony.  One has a private bath and sitting area, great for the grandparents, the other has a twin daybed and trundle for the little ones.  It has 3 bedrooms with queen beds for the young couples or teenagers and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins in each for singles or smaller children.  The house is built like a condo, but opens up on the 2 floor main level so you can take advantage of the 2 kitchens to remake those family recipes.  There are two large decks, one off of the living room and the other off of the dining room.  Sit back and enjoy the sunset in the large hot tub located on the lower patio level overlooking the ocean.
